Bramley Apple Week. 2nd – 8th February 2014

Bramley apples – bake them, puree them, make an apple sauce, a tart, pie, or a dumpling. Try them with your porridge or add them to rice dishes and stir fries. There’s a lot you can do with Bramley apples!

Celebrate the British apple during the Bramley Apple Week from 2nd – 8th February by cooking up all of your favourite apple meals… And don’t forget to pour yourself a glass of cider!
