Q.

My Unox oven is not working.

A.

Check that the oven is connected to the power supply and that the power is switched on.

  • If so, then it is possible that a fuse has blown or the RCD on consumer unit has tripped.
  • If the oven is still not working then contact your service provider.

Q.

My Unox Oven is Not Steaming.

A.

Check that the water supply has not been switched off at the isolator valve or further along the water line. If everything is OK , then please contact your local service provider.


Q.

My Unox Oven is filling up with water.

A.

Check the waste outlet and filter are clear of any debris.

  • Check there are no kinks in the waste hose
  • Check that main waste plumbing is not blocked

Q.

My Unox Oven is not washing.

A.

Check that the water supply is connected and the isolator valve is switched on.

  • Check that the water supply has not been turned off further along the water line.
  • Check that there is a suitable supply of detergent
  • Check that the detergent delivery hose is submerged in the detergent
  • Check that the pumps have been primed

Q.

My Unox Oven is Displaying “NOANS”.

A.

If you have a Slow Cook & Hold oven turn off the main oven (top oven) at the isolator on the wall.

  • Make sure power to the slow cook and hold oven is switched on
  • Turn on main oven (top oven) at the isolator on the wall, this should clear the message.
  • If you have 2 combi ovens operating in a master and slave arrangement, that is, you control the bottom oven from the top control you should call your service provider for assistance.

Q.

My Unox oven display is in a foreign language.

A.

You should hold the “STEP” & “123” button together simultaneously for 5 seconds and the display should be corrected.

  • If the problem persists contact your local service provider.

Q.

My Unox oven control panel is not working.

A.

Check that the glass is clean and free of grease and moisture.

  • If the problem persists call your local service provider.

Q.

My Unox oven is not giving me even cooking results.

A.

Something is affecting the ovens performance.

  • It is most likely that the door seal needs replacing check for damaged or perished area
  • Make a note of the model number and order a new seal
  • If the seal  is in good order call your local service provider

Q.

My pastry is not crispy.

A.

Check your recipe settings,are they correct?

  • Are you using the dry maxi feature? Go to our video tutorial to learn more.
  • Make sure the extraction chimneys are clear
  • If a condenser canopy is fitted make sure that it is turned on.

This is a temperature probe fault – you should call your local service provider.

  • Push “P” and you can continue to use all functions on the oven, however, you must report the fault to prevent further problems.

A.

This is a Core probe warning- you should call your local service provider.

  • Push “P” and you can continue to use all functions on the oven, however, you must report the fault to prevent further problems.

My oven is displaying WF04.

A.

The motor rotation sensor has failed – you should call your local service provider.

  • Push “P” and you can continue to use all functions on the oven, however, you must report the fault to prevent further problems.

Q.

My oven is displaying WF05.

A.

The oven cooling fan has failed – you should call your local service provider.

  • Push “P” and you can continue to use all functions on the oven, however, you must report the fault to prevent further problems.

Q.

My oven is displaying WF06.

A.

The main power board is over temperature.

  • Check that the oven is not too close to other hot equipment – reposition if possible
  • Check that area around oven is properly ventilated – clear if necessary
  • Check that nothing has been placed on top of the oven, blocking the exhaust vents,if so remove the object and continue.
  • Push “P” and you can continue to use all functions on the oven, however, you must report the fault to prevent further problems.

My Unox Oven is displaying WF17.

A.

The multipoint core probe is not operating correctly – call your local service provider.

  • Push “P” and you can continue to use all functions on the oven, however, you must report the fault to prevent further problems.

My Unox oven is Displaying an “AF” message.

A.

You need to contact your local service provider.
